EU border controls check a share of Egyptian orange consignments for pesticide residues, 10 percent in 2026, and EU maximum residue limits apply to every lot. Shipping to the Gulf: Saudi Arabia asks for an official phytosanitary certificate; in the UAE your importer registers each product in the ZAD system.
