Dates and dried fruit must meet the EU's aflatoxin limits, and you can ask for the analysis of your lot in your inquiry. Shipping to the Gulf: Saudi Arabia asks for an official phytosanitary certificate for fresh produce; in the UAE your importer registers each product in the ZAD system.
